About Us

Mr. Barrington is the owner of Barrington Guides, and has decades of experience in the field of accounting, specifically property management, on both the property management and ownership side, as well as the tax side. He has worked for multiple property management companies, a CPA firm and recently was the Controller for a Private Equity Firm with more than $1 billion in Real Estate Assets, including Residential, Commercial and Industrial properties (His extensive credentials and education can be found on LinkedIn). 

Property accounting has always been a part of his life, as growing up he assisted with his family’s real estate company, and attained firsthand examples and experience from an early age to know what pitfalls property owners go through. 

 Mr. Barrington also has written a prior work of fiction, Killer Rabbits. Its available where books and ebooks are sold (Click To Order).  

 Over. The World. Finished. So fast that the survivors only had two  words to describe what had happened: Rabbit Flu. So innocuous a name  that no one was scared, concerned, reactionary, until it was too late.  Over for most, though not for all.
In one American city the  survivors, among them a handsome news anchor, a malcontent alt-girl, a  stripper, a gang leader, a transvestite preacher, a millennial  disappointment, a reclusive customer service rep, a teenage girl with a  penchant for older men, and two soldiers far from home, among others,  decide what to do in the immediate aftermath of the near extinction of humanity.
